I got it the end of August, I spoke with Ms Nolan at Army Corrections last week she had my signed recommendation and said she was working on it this week, had to notify DFAS and DEERS and that if I hadn't gotten anything within the next 20 days to call her back. Here's to progress!!!!

Congrats! Let me know when you see orders please. I got my letter 8/24/2016 saying re-characterized to Retirement. However nothing since, anyone have an idea on how long Army takes to get orders? How quickly can you get family on Tri-Care? Can't afford ACA rates any longer!!!!

Thank You for quick and thorough responce!!!! My VA rating has increased since separation, the original VA Findings had me at 40% they were witholding about half that to recoup severance. Then in 2010 they awarded an increase that took me 70% backdated to Dec 09, they witheld all remaing owed...
