Any tips on how to ask? I've called at least 7 times but each time the rep seems to read from the same script. They say they can't release the letter and I need to talk to my PEBLO if I have any questions.

Thanks man! I know you're 1 day behind me so I'm sure you'll be seeing some movement soon too! And I did not see any step progress throughout. Checked it this morning and there was nothing. Randomly checked the app again in the afternoon and saw the claim appear stating it had been closed.
