Ah, see I am not sure how it will work for you because I was active duty Army. I didn't have 20 years yet. From what you describe I think it will work out for you. It sounds pretty slam dunk what your problems and causes are.

Question to any of you that have been upgraded to retired. The PDBR website says "You may request to have TRICARE retroactively reimburse your previous medical expenditures." Have any of you done this? how hard is it to get reimbursed? Could you get your medical premiums reimbursed as well?
