    def do an MEB. You can use your "20 year letter" to get DOD retirement pay AND VA compensation. You can collect both at same time if you have 20 years in.

    Have you tried a rheumotologist? Took forever for them to fiqure out what was wrong with me besides DDD..until iu went to a rheumotologist. Give it a shot.

    Unless you have reached what is called your optimal medical benefit..they will want to treat you for a up to a year to see if your condition warrants an MEB ornot.
