I am placing a small amount of trust in it because the week prior to it changing, I asked for some help from quite a few people. Some of those people seemed to be very honest in their promise to help me. So, because I've seen a change in eBenefits for the first time, coupled with the fact that I did query quite a few folks, I am placing a little bit of faith in what eBenefits is reflecting. Also, I talked to my MSC on Tuesday, he said that someone had opened my file and started it. He expects that it will be rated this week. The fact that I am finally seeing all this "progress" just days after I really started to push, makes it a little more legitimate in my eyes.

Yes, Adjustment Disorder is on my DA FORM 3947.

No disrespect but be patient bro, you've waited no where near asking as most of the people on this forum, I don't see the need to call a congressman, you already have your proposed ratings and haven't even waited a month for 199

I agree with Combat Eng. You began the IDES this year. I don't think a Congressman, or his or her aid(s), would jump all over that. Try to find peace (and patience) in the fact that your process has gone substantially faster than most.
 
Quick question..how do they determine your new ETS date? do you pick a random date? or is it based off of your leave?
 
What is the TRANSPROC List and how do I find out when I hit it. Also how do I get my final out date now that I have signed my 199?

When you do hit TRANSPROC, you will have 90days from the date your orders are cut. Your local TRANSITIONS office can tell you if you have hit the list for orders yet or not.
 
As stated by sacha, you have 90 days to separate, I talked to the gal that handles ours, told her I wanted to final out 5 June. Added 16 days of terminal leave and bam 21june is my final day in the army. Ill leave fort polk on terminal leave the 5th.

Easier said than done my process has been going on since Jun 2012 got restarted changed PCM and got started again you out man you dont have to be in a unit who is always on your ass saying broke dick shammer lazy I would punch someone in the face but I have to much bearing for that stuff I'm just venting so if it bothers you look the other way I'm here for my family and to make sure they are settled

Superdude you are certainly in the right place to vent. No Slack, myself, and a few others on here were stuck for months on end as well. In the end it took a Congressional to get my packet to move after six months of sitting at Seattle waiting for a rating. If your packet has been sitting at Seattle for more than 150 days since being found unfit, then by all means do one as well. The 150 plus club seem to be getting a lot of attention there lately. I know the frustration mounts and escalates as the months tick by. Hang in there, while it may not seem like it you are nearing the end.

How long does it take for a MED board in Seattle area? I'm on JBLM.

07 Dec 2012 Date Commander Notified of MEB Action.
13 Dec 2012 Date of Physician's Notification of MEB Action.
10-15 Jan 2013 QTC appt.
13 Feb 2013 Date Physician dictated MEB narrative Summary.
20 Feb 2013 Date MEB with signatures of authority returned to PEBLO.
21 Feb 2013 Date Patient counseled on MEB.
11 Mar 2013 Date MEB appeal returned to PEBLO by MEB approving authority.
15 Mar 2013 Date MEB Forwarded to PEB.

I have type 1 diabetes, that is why I'm dealing with the Med board. I'm hoping for 40%. With the diabetes. As I'm waiting for this Med board I found out I have sleep apnea.

It sounds like most here are in the same boat with waiting. This is my first post and the community seems to be nice from what I have read in various threads. Most people here seem to be helpful in nature.

I've attached my timeline to my signature. Has anyone in the IDES system actually met the 60 day, post-ETS timeline for receiving their award letter and package?

I started in Sept on the 26th and have been waiting since the unfit came back in Jan on the 7th of 13 but still waiting on my ratings today is 5-31-13 no info yet I have called congressmen and called VA nearly everyday and have call the peblo once a week minimum. I'm stuck and my company commander is now trying to create a negative counseling packet just to get rid of us since MEB process isn't working right. They are doing all they can to push us out including creating a VERY stressful environment. Reducing rank so we snap and anything they think they can do!!!!!!!!!!
Can anyone give me an idea of who to harass to make this move Im just not moving for what ever reason

Anyone have any ideal what they mean by "Requesting Seperation Documents" on ebennies? Status is still at "gathering evidence".
