PDRL lengths of service questions

I received my PDRL order yesterday but I'm questioning where they got the lengths of service from.

I'm 16 years ARNG.
Active duty pts 1062
Member pts 240
Total earned pts 2115
Creditable pts for RetPay 2106

But my PDRL reads as follows:1000004968.png

Any ideas why the Basic Pay would be 25 yrs and the Disability pay would be 10 yrs?

Thanks for the help.

Jarred:

Recheck your DD214s and NG points computation. It is difficult for helpers on this site to determine if your numbers are correct. I emphasize to all NG and Reserve members to recompute your retirememt points. If you have any questions, ask NG to provide detailed computation of retirememt points. Based on the information provided, I can't add up 10 years and 9 months. The 25 years is the span of time you served in the NG and active duty. The retirement points are the 10 years and 9 months we can't add up 4000 points based on informatiin provided.

@bjenk thank you for the response. Those are the right pts numbers, pulled them straight from IPPS-A and make sense. So, I believe the numbers on the PDRL order are incorrect. I will call tomorrow. I only have 16 yrs of total time so the 25 yrs of basic pay definitely doesn't make sense. I would have had to enlist at 11 years old.

But my PDRL reads as follows:
better to see if you can get corrected now. My wife said hers was wrong and they said the system wouldn't let them add points they missed. Now her longevity is off by 1% and that is causing her to lose out on $75 a month of CRSC. Now we have to reach out to HRC to ask them to correct which won't happen before we submit a ABCMR to get it fixed.

I'll call tomorrow to inquire. Mine is the other way, they put too much time in. I'd rather not have them coming after me in 20 years to recoup the overpayment, though.

PDA said the analyst made a mistake. Everyone make sure you're verifying everything on your documents so you're not underpaid like Provis' wife or overpaid and then they're seeking a repayment.

Thanks for the help/guidance.

Awesome! My wife did say its wrong and the analyst dismissed it. The issue was that the analyst said their system couldn't add the membership points she said were missing which should have counted on the years that she wasn't full time AGR. She couldn't get more than 365 in a year or 366 in leap year.

Probably should have pushed more but since it was off by only about 4 months she decided to wait until final 1405 came out to see if she was correct or the analyst. She didn't even think about the ramifications since her DOD% would be used for her chapter 61 retirement. However, the cap for longevity is used for CRSC. So she was shorted .95% with a high 3 of $8,038 which means she is losing out on $76 a month. Its been 24 months since she medically retired. That's over $1,800 in CRSC pay she lost out on so far

Did you get the points fixed and what was the process?
I am missing 33 points that could equal $31 a month going forward never mind the back pay.
Thanks
Shawn
