Hi, I've been pending since 8th of Dec every case is different. It also depends on how many claims you have. Unfortunately, this part really has no timeline. I hope we receive our ratings soon. I have seen others receive their ratings and they have timelines a little bit earlier than us. Hang in there!!

Been pfd since Nov 15 my claim showed up closed on the app last Friday. I have a post somewhere on here medboard for mh.

Thank you! I have been seeing a bunch of different responses recently so I was unsure if it was backed up from the holidays hopefully im just a little while after you then!

Mine has been with the VA since 16 Dec and I was told today from my MSC who reached out to the VA Managers in Rhode Island that they are taking roughly 70 days to complete cases.

4Nov unfit, case just closed on VA.gov last Friday. Sorry to say it’s going to be a while. Nothing we can do to rush the process trust me I feel ur frustration.
Thank you! I guess ill just put my expectation for March then hopefully

I am going through a MH MEB and seem to be on the same timeline as you. Mine started Apr 2022. I was told by my MH counselor (who is friends with my PEBLO and called for an update), the NAVY supposedly didn't process any of their MEB cases during covid and just dumped thousands on the VA and that I should hear anything until lat Feb early Mar (at the earliest). I thought I would be done and out by now and it's been super frustrating.

That’s crazy me too! Mine started last April as well BUT the person the was hanging my case wasn’t doing anything she was supposed to be doing so now once the new person replaced her I was able to see movement in my case

Just emailed my MSC today and she said she didnt currently have any updates on my case. I'm so tired of waiting its so hard not to let this effect me mentally right now.

Does anyone know when or if your separation should be changed to a medical separation? Mine is in MILPDS as a regular separation should that be changed?
