Just wanted to update everyone searching the forum, as I use to do.

My IDES was sent to Navy PEB on May 27th. Its been over 2 months. PEB office told me board came off Captains desk on July 15th. I was told package is "being sent to VA after QA".
Its now July 29th, PEB still said its in QA process.

My case is Hip/Back 8 years of service.

Good luck to everyone else, hope you keep your sanity in this process unlike my wife!
 
Hi thanks for this. My case was sent to DC 29 May. Here almost 2 months later, I still don’t have a finding. Have you or anyone for that matter, heard that the longer the better? My IDES Lawyer is something when it comes to things like this and is pretty wishy washy and seems like he should be taking the meds along with me. The anxiety is through the roof as you can probably imagine waiting. Been in the MEB/PEB LIMDU for over a year now.. life and career on hold.

My case is Mental health.

Is there a number you called or are you just going thru the peblo for answers?
 
I have no idea if longer is better. I called the PEB office directly in DC, 202-685-6422. Good luck though, in 3 weeks I have talked to them 3 times. Very helpful people, when they pick up.
 
How often are you calling them? In I’ve yet to get ahold of them. It seems like the luck of the draw when it comes to making any contact with them.

I'm in San Diego, So I usually call at 5 a.m. (8a.m. EST). I started reaching out to them after I surpassed a month waiting. If I actually hear from someone then I don't call again that week to not seem bothersome. They are always extremely helpful when they pick up. But I have only spoken to them 3 times. This is the most frustrating part.
