Yeah I was told mine hit that phase on the 22nd of March...I guess we will see. Now what to do to pass the time? Job searching and getting rid of crap in the house can only take up so much time. Any ideas from the people who have been through the long haul?
Ebenefits still says review of evidence. But they tell me i'm in the "decision" phase at VA...Who the hell even is in charge of Ebenefits? It's inconsistent on both ends of ebenefits so i just call..
Both, and neither. I've heard that active duty are expedited and I've heard that it goes through like everyone else. I go by SOO since my claim hasn't started in one VA center and transferred to another.
I got my ratings back today. 10% DoD, 40% VA. Monday I have an appointment to go back to my PEBLO and accept the ratings. The IDES lawyer I spoke to reviewed my case and said that everything seemed to follow the letter of the law, and since I have no new medical documentation, further review is unnecessary.
Great thread with a lot of beneficial info. I am active AF 10.5 yrs. Began IDES in early Oct 2013. Found unfit December 28 2013 and forwarded to providence RI. Case stayed review of evidence until April 2 2014 where it finally changed to Prep for decision. Just noticed Ebenefits changed April 17 2014 to Pend decision approval. Called VA 1-800 and they stated my proposed ratings have completed and should be making their way to AFPC soon. I contacted my PEBLO and she stated she could not see anything on her tracking system. For those of you ahead of me, what are you seeing with the turn-around time between VA and IPEB? Any words would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again to all who post in this site.

If you look in my time line, you will see we have very similar timelines and I'm active AF as well. Today makes 17 calendar days waiting on ratings from AFPC. I hope I get them back this week. It really shouldn't be taking this long. Most people have been seeing 1-2 weeks. Just know that it's almost over for you!! I'll continue to post my status as it changes.

Sounds great, glad to know this winding down now. I meet with a RCC this week and hear what that is about and my various options. Hope you get something soon and you receive rating that suffices your ailment. Best of luck!

I don't entirely trust that 1-800 number. I've EAS'd March 30th, and the VA received my DD214 Feburary 28th. Since my case has not moved and all I'm watching for is my acceptance letter in the mail . I called the VA and the representatives are just as clueless about the entire process as they were during my PEB. The DAV turned out to be the best source for help with getting information and pushing the process forward.

Well...I hope I get some news soon. My status to the PEB and Unfit findings are only a few days behind yours. I probably have a few more conditions claimed (no offense, purely speculation because my body is pretty jacked up), but I am praying that this is good news for the rest of us!
Just got a call from my PEBLO this morning. She told me she saw my ratings as of 19 Apr 2014 in her VTA website. She said the VA proposed 80% to the AFPC. My one unfitting condition alone was 70%, which she said should equate to TDRL or PDRL. I will believe it when I see it!
MOL is Marine Online, basically an admin site for all Marines to submit leave, view their information, scores, courses completed, etc. Not sure if there is a Navy equivalent?

Sorry for the late reply, I received my orders today, only took a week. Official Retirement date is 28 Jul, with leave, my retirement ceremony will be on the 16th.
I am a Air Force Active Duty TSgt 11.5 years of service. My package went to the PEB on 16 Nov 2013 I was found unfit on 12 Dec 13 and my package was accepted at the Providence RI VA on 16 Dec 13. My Ebenefits changed to Preparation for Decision on 22 March 14 and changed again today to Pending Decision Approval. So I am sitting at 130 days right now just at the VA if you include the PEB time it is 150+. Judging from what I am reading on here about the Pending Decision Approval stage I should be getting my ratings back anytime now. My Peblo said she recieved a couple of the packages today that went down there the same time as mine. I have 17 claimed conditions.

Congratulations on your retirement date. I'm still stuck in gathering and called my PEBLO yesterday and she emailed me another canned message about Providence being 4-6 weeks behind and told me to be patient. I guess she didn't know I had access to the MMWR and quoted the averages to her which I'm now over all the average completion dates. She made sure to CC my commander when she replied about me being patient. So I guess I'm stuck waiting.
