Looks like I went to "preparation for decision" today. Hopefully that means something is happening.
I was found unfit 4 September 13, still on gathering of evidence saying evidence requested is past due. Hopefully we will all hear something soon. 160 days at the VA for ratings so far...
Looking at your dates you are a month and a half behind me getting my 199. Now saying that all cases are different. It's hard but hang in there.

Indeed, eligibility for Dependents' Educational Assistance Program (DEA) Chapter 35 benefits is one of multiple identification factors which in turn mean an increased DoVA 100% P&T rating was evaluated and determined.
To that extent, congratulations and good deal for sure!

Mine have never been counting. They were stuck at 212 for a while and now it is stuck at 252.

Also it states "Change of Status: We determined that your claim needed additional review" and is now requesting documents from Puget Sound VAMC? Nothing on my ebenefits has changed in over 6 months so I hope this is a good sign? 142 days and counting.......

Pay Question: If the max is 75% DOD and you are rated 90% DOD. 75% is combat related injuries. But if, for example, a back is unfitting at 40% and not combat related. Will they first use all your combat related injuries to come up with the percentage before they use non combat related injuries? Or, will they use the highest single rating first which may be the no-combats related condition and thus you loose out on taxes?
mine did the exact same; I received the ratings a week later after the issue was cleared up. your packet may already be at the rating board. there were some mandatory reviews due to a few court cases dealing with "flare ups" of injuries; so the DRAS is sending packets to the local docs for these reviews.

I am waiting on a VARR that went up back in late November. I moved to "Pending Decision Approval" today, so hopefully the end is in sight.
I don't know what the record is for days in IDES, but I have be pretty close to the top. All of this started in July 2012.
At least the army knows its not meeting the standard for VA Ratings anywhere...

I've seen countless timelines and we are doing pretty good with ours.. I think. My questions are what exactly is the 199? Is that the finalized ratings? Peblo said wait for orders is 2-14 days so does that include wait time for the final ratings? Not many answers to get around here (fort polk).

199 is the proposed ratings. You'll get final ratings like 6 months after his ETS. 199 is just his ticket to get out.
