Thats great news congrats!! I've been at Pending Decision Approval for 9 days now, but my unfit memo is 21 days after yours, either way patience is the first thing I learned in the Army so I'm continuing to practice, I just can't wait to reunite with my wife an kids, Congrats again!!

my unfit was on 2 October and my ebenefits still says "gathering evidence/evidence past due" 80 days waiting for ratings now. I wish mine was closer to yours

Yes they work, ones who didn't take days off other than christmas should still be ratting claims but at a very slow pace
What do you think about the PEB working? I'm guessing most of the Army types will be on leave.
you are on the same timeline as me i received my separation date DEC 17 and i am on leave now and waiting on my orders too please let me know if you get your orders.. where are you stationed?
Stopped by my PEBLO's office this morning to chat and found out my ratings had officially been sent to the PEB last Friday. He wasn't going to tell me them but I saw them on his computer screen so he had to.

The faster you build your packet with in 4 days, you should have them 2-7 days there after. Mr. Griffin up there likes it when people get their stuff done in a hurry and he'll throw your packet on the top of the stack to get cut. I turned my stuff in on Thursday afternoon and had orders in hand Monday afternoon.
You disappoint me from making that statement, your anger is misdirected and taking it out on others is not the way to do it. You could have vented your disappointment in a better fashion at your ratings and how you think your were wronged and we will help you. Stating things like this really affects everyone here that do suffer from it, yes I concur that there may be some fakers, but not as many as you think.
I built my packet before i even went to the brief. After the brief i took the counseling statement to get it signed i was back in an hour and turned it in complete with a leave form even on 17DEC a TUE. I dont believe i ever saw mr. griffin there? I turned it in to a guy there but dont remember his name. I just got off the phone with them and they cant tell me anything other than up to 20 business days i should have my orders.
Hmm... They must be short handed in the office.
