I called the PEBLO and they stated my case is with 3rd officer. How long is a case usually with a 3rd officer? My referred condition was a personality disorder but an IMR diagnosed it as a mood disorder. If found fit will I be admin separated or just continue until EAS?

Just received my Narsum and the only unfit condition is personality disorder. Although the VA diagnosed it as unspecified mood disorder. I understand personality disorder is non-compensable so I was wondering how this affects me DOD wise and VA wise.
