    Telephonic fpeb

I finally got a call from MSC & Patient Admin that OJA should be calling me to schedule mine this upcoming week. "PEBLOs are paper pushers. They are not in the decision making loop and they are low on the totem pole when it comes to being in the know. PEBLOs are there to push papers, nothing...

Outcomes for FAI with and without laberal tears?

'Tis all good, im a HM / IDC. Hopefully the recon/rebuttal comes back. One of my friends submitted roughly the same time frame with verbatim version of NARSUM / findings from MRI's and surgeon recommendations & was processed out in Jan. Very inconsistent IMO.

Outcomes for FAI with and without laberal tears?

How did your NARSUM write? my COC was very supportive with decision to get out / I worded it strongly not to retain due to chronic conditions with limitations of my ability to complete my job & still somehow had a FIT.

Outcomes for FAI with and without laberal tears?

I had identical bilateral SLAP tears FAI / CAM deformities and declined surgery to pursue PEB and was found fit. Submitted rebuttal/recon 20JAN and have been waiting since. Recommend looking at CFR codes and stating how this condition affects both daily living and inability to complete your job...

    FPEB Delays- Covid-19

Which coast are you on? the PEB office at NMCSD keeps responding with "all appeals submitted from ending Feb till to date have been deferred/suspended, but if we get any feedbacks then we will be sure to reach out to you". I submitted AUG19, rebuttal JAN20 and check nearly daily.

    Coronavirus and the PEB

Soooo frustrating I spoke with MSC / PEBLO this morning & referred the information you posted and got: " If the SVM has that arrangement with the Formal PEB attorney then that means he was scheduled prior to the lockdown. Either way, all appeals submitted from ending Feb till to date have been...
