I did not receive VA award letter, when I check it online it saying Prepare for decision(close between Jan 15 - Feb 15), I uploaded my DD214 Nov 30th

I medically retired from the army My last day in army was November 30th 2018, I didn’t get pay from the va for December, just got paid from DEFAS a few hundred dollars, anybody knows how long it takes to get paid or have the same issue
