The folks that already reaponded to you in your last post already gave you that info. You cant collect active duty pay and disability for the same period.

Yes. If you are in fact “retired” medically from service, you are eligible to apply for CRSC if the conditions are the result of combat. Doesn’t matter if you were full time or part time, if you were on active orders when the injuries occured, you are considered elidgeable.

Well they can’t just “admin” seperate you without reason. If they deem you unfit, that becomes a medical separation and would come from an meb. Saying they are trying to admin seperate you without going through the med process is not really a thing.

Confused on how they would admin seperate you unless you have something going on other than medical? In order to deny the reenlistment they have to provide some sort of reason, even that means acknoledging the medical condition.
