So my case was at 'Pending Notification' on ebenefits, then moved back to 'Gathering of Evidence.' My PEBLO said they needed to clarify with a doctor at the VA about my conditions, but they have to have an answer back in 15 days. Has anyone else had this happen to them? I am 185 days into the VA...
