Same my case has been closed on the VA app as of 22OCT and the VA states they sent it to the PEB on the 23rd. Still no DA199. I’ve had my NARSUM signed and sent since 18JUN..

Still waiting to get the exams scheduled as of 27Oct when I was originally notified. Every time I call the contractor or VA they just say they’re still prepping for the exam and I might not even have to go in person. Maybe a phone call to check if I’m taking any medication for the condition.

I called the VA 3 times and they still won’t send but I’m pretty sure my ratings aren’t finalized yet unless anyone here knows otherwise. They just keep saying it’s with the PEB for final disposition. My PEBLO just told me though that the proposal is 100% from the VA. I hope I get an answer...

Would they actually email you your proposed ratings? Or at least tell you? Or is this after the PEB finalize the disposition? I’ve called today and the VA rep just told me they can’t give out the info :/ just that it’s with the PEB now.

Just got an update from mine, I was able to get step 5 of 5 on my VA app. So now just waiting to get the ratings from my PEBLO. @BigBlueHue is that stop loss just until the shutdown is over?

Nope, I’m still waiting for ratings. The VA app doesn’t even show anything.its been sent to them since 08Jul.

Well I spoke with my peblo today and she said that most of the people at the peb are furloughed or at home not working. So there is nobody there to receive or send packets even if they get something back from the VA. Has anybody heard something similar or if this is accurate?

Waiting with understaffed agencies, government shutdown, no pay, no answers.. I’m really hoping for some light for us this week man, something has got to give. At least a way to be proactive about this lmao

I have about 34 conditions, My MEB was initiated by behavioral health. My major conditions really are on a prior TBI and ptsd. I’m not sure if these kinds of conditions take a while to rate.

No not yet, got an email from my PEBLO saying that they are operating still with no changes though there is a shutdown. I wonder if this will cause any delays the VA side with ratings.

My MSC said the same thing, probably hearing something in October. I actually had to be extended since my original orders were for June. I have an extension to December and I haven’t been extended again yet because my PEBLO and MSC believe we should be hearing something soon.
