Just received new c&p appointment MSC said all Musculoskeletal Claims have to be redone since the lawsuit Collin v. Ingram . Va has paused ratings on my claim until new c&p

I’ve called optum serve multiple times they just tell me they don’t have appointment order for me through the Va

Week 18 for me and no updates as far as proposed ratings :(

I called the Va to clarify and they told me it’s was not an Inperson c&p exam they were reaching out to optum serve for clarification on a dbq. If you’re going through the same thing I would call the Va and ask specifically what the exam is for !

Same things just happened to me I got email saying optum serve will contact me for another c&p exam . 4 months of waiting just for another exam and not to know whether I will be waiting even longer .

Called Va today claim has been accessed and worked on and assigned to a team as of today … hopefully not too much longer

Yea they told me I would have to wait to get ratings back to appeal them and try to see if the board for the peb will add it ….but I’m not willing to wait another year for that and I’m fairly sure I won’t meet the 30% threshold for medical retirement

I was going to try to get my bh added to my unfit conditions but after eating this long for ratings I’m not so sure I want to wait another year for fpeb

I figured I would get the same percentage as well but c&p examiner never did the rom test with me so I paid to have another redone by a physical therapy place

I swear the only thing I’m still positive about is collecting a pay check for basically doing nothing now

My Vera appointment was also canceled :(
