Im being told by the "doctors" here in Korea that I am not eligible to go to a WTU or MEB process because I am within a year of my ETS. Ive been looking in ar's 635-40, 635-200, and 40-501 and see nothing that backs them up. Am I missing something somewhere?

Looking at facing a MEB from here in Korea, I know they cant be done from here, but one of the so called Doctors says I cant go to a WTU because I ETS in Oct 2013. I call BS and have not been able to find anything to support his claim. Where can I find out if this is false? I would like to be...
