Congrats on finally figuring out your rating. You happen to know how long it took your rater to rate your claim?

I keep my communication with my Peblo to a minimum now a days. They are terribly unprofessional and never have anything useful to say. Resources like this forum are far more useful. Especially if you review tons of cases and spot patterns.

I call the main number from google then follow the prompt for compensation/claims. Unfortunately nothing shows on the app other than my FOIA request.

I’m no expert. If I were in your shoes I would contact them to see if they have any advice. But I would look into an ICE complaint and ask the first shirt to speak to the medical shirt.

I would just reach about to just about everyone. Patient advocate, ODC, PCM, Peblo supervisor, ICE comment card, First shirt.

Nice. I went ahead and submitted a FIOA, my MSC isn’t working with me. Neither is my Peblo. The the VA office they were nice enough to print out two of my most important exams on the spot at the least. Thank you for the update.

I was never offered VR&E. Can you give me some details on what your MSC asked of you? Was it just the VA Form 28-1900? Did you do the online app? ETC. My MSC isn't responsive, so I'm dependent on digging for any info.

I dont have access to my exam results. Neither my PEBLO or MSC will hand them over. Im going to wait till my last exam is sent to VA and see if I can FOIA everything fast enough to review before signing anything. TRICARE online is no longer a thing, and exams are not posted in MHSGenesis. I...
