I was in a MVA back in May'07 and had to get my pelvis reconstructed. 1st MEB was sent off in Sept '07, but got sent back saying I needed a year to recover and if I was still not able to perform my duties and be considered world-wide qualified to send another MEB package. Now some 15 months...
