Another week goes by..no answers....registered for college next month, i dont know what to do

I am in the same boat. Since we aren't challenging the fit/unit aspect, it would seem like we should be able to go home awaiting orders..the main MCO section on this says we have to unconditionally accept the findings however.

Been 3 weeks, still no word on a formal board date yet..No word on my request for reconsideration yet either My Ebenefits still says pending decision approval from my IPEB case that I received my findings of in May. How are these packages tracked?

Waivers can be requested via the battalion MO if the medical condition limits PT. The MO will recommend one way or the other...

Was told my findings were mailed on the 23rd of May, received them on the 30th. They considered my dupuytrens disease as existing prior to service, without service aggravation, and recommended separation without benefits. Requested a formal board and reconsideration today.

branch is the Marines... I think I have a good case, no evidence was cited that military service did not aggravate the condition. They definately didn't overcome the presumption of aggravation, they didn't use any evidence whatsoever. Throughout ALL of my doctor notes, and all my reports...

I understand hereditary conditions are EPTS now, but the aggravation of condition through service can't be appealed without 8 years of active service? Anyone know?

Here's an update for you. That friend that is a couple weeks ahead of me was notified of his findings today. I also received a bump to Pending decision approval.
