That is correct. I still went through IDES.

I am in the guard. I elected not to file a VA claim while going through the IDES process as I did not want to risk them changing my overall rating. The VA only recommended a rating for PEB purposes only.

Got my DA 199 back today! concurred with findings, and now I wait for my final orders. Timeline: (Case was processed at Ft. Gordon, GA) Referred to IDES : 9/28/2022 Completed exams : 10/20/2022 and 10/25/2022 MEB findings/counseling : 11/3/2022 (I concurred and returned paperwork back same day)...

Yes I did! I was already VA rated for the referred conditon, so I think that’s why it moved so quickly. I don’t plan on appealing, so it would be nice to get my DA 199 this month!

Found unfit 11/20/2022. VA Proposed Rating Completed on 12/4/2022. Awaiting DA 199! Hopefully soon
