Wow this is next level messed up. Try appealing and if needed, write a letter about your situation and send it to your local congressmen. Your local representative is a great tool that few people utilize. That definitely SHOULD NOT have been a valid reason.

You should go total "Boss" mode and take some weights with you to the formal board and just keep lifting during the evaluation!
