Code 37 started on 1 March so I guess I’m in the IRILO stage/NARSUM now? I haven’t gotten a call from the PEBLO yet but the interventions haven’t helped and I think my team of providers are at the end of treatment options.

@kynchanted the VA rated you at 70% for migraines? Did you have additional conditions that were claimed or did they feel that your conditions warranted a higher rating than the max of 50%? Congratulations on getting the answers you were looking for!

Was the patient advocate any help to you? Have you made any progress with your migraines?

Thanks ChaplainCharlie. I’ve been keeping a log per guidance of this site. I’ll continue the process but my PCM and Neurologist made it seem like Botox was kind of the pinnacle of migraine treatment.

Thanks for the info. It seems like they might not have a specific protocol regarding Botox. I’m hoping that I do get some relief from Botox but just trying to get my ducks in a row now and plan for the future.
