    it was just over 30 days from when the PEB received it back from the VA. So if they really received it back on the 24th then your time is coming. I say that because I was told they received mine on the 26th of DEC but really they didn't receive it until the 12th of FEB.

    I got mine in finally on Tuesday and signed them on Wednesday. 40% DOD and 70% VA. I should be starting JH/HH/Terminal around the 19th of Apr depending on when my Retirement orders come in with my last day in the navy being 31MAY.

    @rahollow lumbarsacral disc degeneration. I have 2 herniated disc, 2 bulging disc in my lower back, DDD from L2-S1, bilateral sciatica and osteoarthritis in my lower 3 vertebrae.

    i was told that my package was received by the board from the va on the 26th of DEC, but when I stopped by this last Friday they told me that the board didn't receive it until the 12th of Feb.

    the VA told me they sent them back on the 23rd of Dec and my PEBLO confirmed that they received them on the 26th of DEC.

    the med board has had my package back from the VA since the 26th of Dec and still haven't received my findings, what are my option(s) on trying to find out why it is taking so long? would talking to a JAG officer help it or hurt it?

    im just hoping I hear something soon on mine, this fuckery of still waiting 60+ days post VA QA stage is ridiculous all I ever get told is that im post QA stage and to wait till they (PEBLO) calls me with something.
