I am not sure, but it feels like mine was done backwards. I had 5 C&P exams through VES and asked them to schedule them ASAP. Not sure if it helped or not. Last I heard from my PEBLO is they were working on my file as of yesterday. Should be signing papers this week or next for ratings.
