Humm I just checked mine and im also at the " Pending Decision Approval" How or who did you call at the VA? It takes me over 1hr just to talk to the VA about school let alone if I wanted to ask about my MEB. I have 11 claims.

So i called the PEB office here on JBLM and found out my PED get all 3 votes in a week and is now at the VA stage. Its been there since 19July2012. I was wondering how long do you think it will take to get the packet back from the VA? I went onto EBenefits and its still not updated with any info...

what of those are found to make you unfit? Or witch of those are "Meet the Army Standerd" Or Does not meet standerd? Sleep Apnea is 50% and depending on the rest and with VA math i would guess 60-80% Its hard to get 90-100%

Im still waiting on my 3 votes here on JBLM. Then ill go to where ever is next its been about 20 days since i got into the PEB stage and i want it to move fast to i can get on with my life 6+ years in the army 1 divorce, 3 deployments, its time to go home

Its only been 2 weeks since i turned everything in, so im going to give it a little more time and see if i hear anything.

Hey thanks for the info. Im still at the review of evidence stage. It also says my last update was back in march. So im guessing that they have not gotten my claim yet. But this does help alot. The AKO MEB/PEB sucks and does not tell us anything. Im hoping my speed keeps up and Ill be home in Dec.
