It took quite awhile for my request to be replied to as well. I actually faxed mine in. I requested all files and the tape recordings. It took three months at least.

I believe the 120 is more accurate. Expecting anything from the VA in 15 days is unrealistic considering the work load.

What I meant by PBR was PDBR. The law that allows veterans with a nonrated PEB from military who was discharged between Sept 11, 2001 and Dec 31st, 2009.
