Yeah, I turned in my DA 31, memo and other misc. paperwork to transitions yesterday. Cut my orders on the spot, pick up my clearing paperwork next Friday since I'm not starting my leave til the 25th of February. I'm turning in CIF next Thursday also.

It's just a formula of your monthly base pay x months in the year / days in the year to give you = daily pay rate. Only difference would be during leap year. Days in a particular month is not a variable here. Only the days of leave.
