Yours just went away naturally, though?

I'm 25 now. I have had trouble with my knees for years now, but it's just gotten worse over time. My knees have always made a crackling noise when squatting or bending them. I think most of it is just due to me being taller and growing too fast as a child. I'm about 6'3" now.

I haven't tried a band, but I have tried a few knee compression sleeves in the past. Mainly for attempting to do weighted squats. Helped a little bit but still painful during all legs workouts or running/jumping.
