I have checked out of everywhere except for IPAC, S1, and the command sections. does MMSR4 have to issue the retirement date before you can leave on PTAD/LEAVE?

I just got my UNFIT back, am going to call MMSR4 to see how fast they will give me my date so i can start PTAD since i have already checked out and my household goods and family are already back in VA.

You have awhile to wait, you still have to wait for your exams to come back and be sent to the PEB for the informal board. Once sent you will receive results around 2-3 weeks later if found UNFIT you will process out, if found FIT you can rebuttal but that adds additional time. For Anxiety the...

i submitted an appeal to the president of the board, my FIT finding was based on an untrue statement that my PCM had wrote in my NARSUM. I also have a letter from a 2 star General backing me so helped a lot. I would say its all about who you know in the end.

My formal board is November 10th i got it expedited.

yeah, i got a letter from my specialty doctor and also my PCM retracting their statement from my NARSUM which was the reason i was found FIT for duty. I also have a letter from a 2 star general helping me with the case.

I got a break down letter from the VA with each condition.
