    PHA during MEB????

    Has anyone going through an Army MEB ever had to do a PHA during this process?? This seems really strange that this would be required by the unit, active or guard, during the MEB process even if it is due? Thank you all in advanvce

    OER

    What do you write for significant contributions for the support form when PTSD has affected your performance and duties? In other words write a bad OER but one that reflects actual situation. I know that this will affect the PEB. Does anyone have experience on this?? Thank you!!!!
