Why does the PEB have my case again if I've already been found unfit and rated?

45 days? Are you referring to being found fit or unfit? I've already been found unfit by the PEB and rated by the VA. All I'm waiting on is to sign for my findings. I was told the PEB has it again and want to know how long they sit on it before my PEBLO gets it.

I don't understand why people's timelines are so different. It took months just for me to be found unfit at the PEB but only 4 days for the VA to send back my proposed rating. It is so strange. I haven't signed for my findings yet, but hoping to do that any day now and separate 30 days out.

Yes. I found out Monday that I was found unfit. My package was sent up in July as well. But I just used the VA chat and found out the VA has rated me and my case was sent back to the PEB two days ago. I am just waiting for it to be looked over and for my PEBLO to call so I can sign my findings.

I am not really sure. My status changed to pending decision approval once my case was sent off to the VA. You could have already been found unfit. Maybe call the VA and see what they have to say.
