My packet left the State and is now at Camp Atterbury, IN. I now feel like I have a grasp of what is happening.

I went in to have a meniscus tear repaired and they found arthritis in addition to the tear... make sure to check for any abnormality outside of the surgery you go in for.

So far Camp Atterbury, IN has been on the ball. The only issue now is that all of the C&P's get the final look at the Indianapolis VA which is a little behind according to the Monday Morning Report ( http://www.vba.va.gov/REPORTS/mmwr/ ) :mad:

Your PEBLO is the one that makes all of the entries and is the person that I contacted when I did not have access. You just need to go into the "my medical" section of AKO and then click on "My MEB" Good luck

You have quite a few options... talk to your PL, discuss this with the Chaplain (he will have conversations with the BN Chain-of-Command), IG is always a route you can go. Your PSG is putting himself in a bad position.

Roger, in the Guard and submitted a VA claim a few years ago (that is where the 10% came from). Now I am on a nebulizer and have not re-filed because the MEB process has started.
