I started almost one month after you and all I know, right now, is that the PEB has ruled but not yet sent it to the VA.

What is not in the timeline is, at some point in September, my PEBLO claimed that the PEB returned it as they "could not read the NMA" (which is typed into the NARSUM). I think that pushed me back by about a week. With any luck, it will be at the VA by the 17th.

I haven't gotten my formal findings yet (that's at least a month away). Its at that point, as I understand it, that I submit for TERA. (and I will).

It is unofficially unfit until you receive the formal results. However, yes - it means unfit. Otherwise they would return you to full duty as quickly as possible.

I'd call them as early as Friday but next week would work as well.

I meant that I didn't get boarded until Sep 11. I called the PEB and found out today. They won't reach out to you until the formal results are complete. Until then you have to call for updates.

MOL shows my package accepted by the PEB on 2 Aug 19. However, the first time I called the PEB hotline they said they didn't accept it until 5 Aug 19. I'm not on Lejeune. I'm on I&I duty in North Canton, OH.

I think I am about 4 days ahead of you. I called today and was told my package moved to the Post QA phase meaning an unfit determination had been made. Check with them in a couple of days and they should have reviewed your package by then.

The Pre QA is to check it for clerical errors and completion like Fibrogirl said. Then it is reviewed and a determination made. Then it goes to Post QA which is the same process as Pre QA.

Update: I spoke with the PEB this morning and I am in the QA Post Adjudication phase. From the posts above, I can expect to be in this phase for at least another week. Then the VA. Then back with the PEB and then on to the PEBLO. Maybe get my formal findings the first week of November?

My PEBLO sent the package out on Jul 27. MOL shows that the PEB accepted in on Aug 2. A phone call to the PEB said that it shows as accepted Sep 5. As of right now, I have not received a determination. I was told that the PEB process takes 90-120 days at this time.
