    I really need help to understand what was going on?

    I had 2 claim, one under IDES system and other one for my sleep apnea separately. I got my proposed rating on Feb 2013 and retired on 04/24/2013. My IDES claim closed 20 days ago per Ebenefits. As of my knowledge that means they finalized my rating and I waiting whole 21 days to get my brown...
