It's largely a ton of waiting. They'll meet at a local board to determine fit/unfit, your commander will be asked to give a statement on whether or not to retain you. Then you have va appointments, then another board to determine fit/unfit. You can agree or disagree with findings. Then once va...

Update called my MSC today. I've been on a raters desk and the last time my case was opened was yesterday so they're at least touching it.

I was found unfit 21 Nov so hopefully I'll be out by my birthday (Feb 11) giving leeway for holiday times!
