The VA does a separate evaluation and writes up their findings. So the VA can be opposite of the military branch involved depending on the case.

FYI, I was at a 700 glucose when diagnosed with a a1c that couldn't be read. Now I have a 90-130 glucose levelevels and have dropped from a 9 to a 6.9. Not the greatest but it is getting controlled.
