I still havent heard/seen anything. I called back today they said " we have submitted a request you can call back in three days. Really hope Im nearing the end of this.

For those of you who received your severance already how much advance notice did mypay give you? Like whats the time difference between ERAS updating to actually receiving severance?

Well all I know to tell you is they sent that escalation last month for me and they told me it took a month. Im learning the more you just leave it alone the smoother it will go with less fingers in it.

I just spoke with DFAS today. The lady on the phone said she could see someone working on it last friday. And it was in an audit and they had to send it back to review. Now they are telling me we are in the last stages of this thing.

No way!!! Thats awesome! I havent heard anything yet. I may try and give them a call later this month. Ive kinda just decided to take a hands off approach and let it take its natural course.

Ok so they asked me to call back today last week so I did. Still, no movement but the associate I spoke with sent an escalation to the supervisor and asked me to call back next week so we shall see.

Have you seen a updates RAS yet? From what I've seen that seems like the final step.

Not yet they told me to wait until the 19th to call back. I'm on the fence, I don't know if I should annoy them or just let it run its course.

Ok got in touch with DFAS today still no update but the associate I spoke with submitted an inquiry and has told me that if nothing changes in the next week to call back.

I get a different story everytime I call. I called today to have on associate tell me that it looked like it was dispersed on the 1st and so I hung up to see if the disconnect what with the bank. It wasnt. Called back they had no clue how she saw that.

Im not sure how long it takes you to get to a tier 2 associate but I was on hold for 45 min today!

I called them today and nothing its still being reviewed.

Yeah I hate to say it but I have gotten way more help from MMSR4

Ok so DFAS was no help but MMSR4 was ALOT of help. They were able to tell me my amount and that DFAS is atleast moving on it.

So far I have been transferred twice to people who have no idea. But I'll keep you guys posted.
