I received a phone call last week about a 5 year exam for my back and depressive disorder. I didn’t even know this was a thing because they mentioned it being permanent but I also didn’t like the fact that I even had to MEB and get out of the Army 5 years ago so I did no research and didn’t ask...

Sorry if this is a dumb question but I can't find it or don't know where to look for an answer I was rated 40% dod and 70% va. How do you know if it's permenent or temporary and also how do you know how long your reexaminations would be.

According to AKO the VA rating was complete on Feb 3rd and it's at peb findings. I thought that meant it was done and I'd be getting a call shortly, next week will be a month since it was finished. Am I confused and it's not almost complete or should I be contacted by my peblo?

I've been to legal, and after talking to the lawyer she doesn't know either if I will be rated at 20 or 40% for my back. I'm not to smart when it comes to all this med board stuff but on my normal forward flexion it says 0 to 40. But then after the first one it says it was more painful for me...
