I also received a "FIT" finding back in May. My NMA had a lot to do with it. I appealed the findings to the FPEB and my command wrote me a new NMA. Still waiting on results. Do you plan on appealing?

Maybe my lengthy post was confusing, I have already written my own appeal to the formal board disagreeing with the findings I received in May. Do you think I should talk to a lawyer now or just wait until I am assigned a JAG if they grant me the formal board?
