Fun times...I asked my PEBLO what was going on and she figured I had already began outprocessing...nope. Im going through Special Actions because they have an inquiry over my CDR's Statement over orders that I received when I was going through a REFRAD before I started the whole process. What I...

I will by the end of today. Today is my 14 day mark, so I figure I'd at least give them until now. But I will plan so see if there is anything going on tomorrow.

Imma need the people to start working so I can get on the TRANSPOC list. I am ready to get the hell out of here already. Hoping to be out of here by the beginning of April at the latest. I also never formally received my unfit memo. My PEBLO just told me that I was found unfit and we went from...

I want to say that it is 5 years unless your condition becomes “stable” in which then the decision is made. I was shocked though that I got pdrl with a shoulder injury that needs surgery to repair and plantar fasciitis. So at this point who knows what anyone could get.

Unfortunately there really isn’t much that can be done. That being said the VA estimate of June may be off because of the fact that you are going through the IDES process. I had to wait 111 days for my ratings, which is definitely out of the norm but it happens. I usually ended up emailing my...

Yeah I’m hoping to hear something from transitions soon and that I’m on leave starting in April sometime. It’s a long ass process but once it starts moving it goes pretty quick.

So I meant Transproc List, but basically that’s the list you get on to begin the transition out process. That’s where I’ll get my NLT date. As for the additional conditions I’m just adding them on. No need to appeal since there isn’t already a condition. You do an exit interview with the MSC who...

Im now waiting on getting on the transpose list. I got my percentages last thursday so hopefully sometime soon I get some information. And yeah the sleep apnea bumps me up to 80% from the VA and then the fibromyalgia should get me up higher because of the various joints that it effects even...

For anyone still following this thread: I finally got my ratings back! I got 30% DOD and 70% VA, but I do plan to continue to get my VA up more because of having sleep apnea and fibromyalgia. So we shall see what the end result is, but I just know that I am finally done with this process!

If that’s all they are waiting on it shouldn’t be that long at all, especially since hearing tests are pretty cut and dry and not much to be interpreted with.

The 199 is the document that has the breakdown of your percentages on it/letting you know what your final is (this is the deciding factor of whether you appeal or not). After that I've seen people get orders as soon as a week, to two weeks. It all depends on transitions, but it is usually fairly...

So I’m waiting on my 199 which should I should be getting this afternoon. The C&P exam is a bit of an annoyance. It took me a while to get mine back too, but not that long. That is odd that it took so long, but I have heard of people sitting and waiting because they didn’t have an exam that...

It took my packet 111 days to be completed by the VA. Things run slow unfortunately. And with the PEB all consolidated at Fort Sam Houston that process isn't going much faster either. Ive been waiting for almost a month to hear back from the PEB. But definitely continue to reach out to others to...

And I just looked at VA.gov and found out that one of my cases closed this afternoon which means that I hopefully get my ratings back within the next two weeks or so!

I cant speak for the IPEB as mine was done in three days, but I am at 110 days waiting on the VA to finish my ratings. So its a long and annoying process. I expected to be out by January...now who knows when I will be getting out. Also I am on the East Coast and I know that the PEBs should be...

Another... yes another East Coast Timeline

That is correct. If your packet goes to the VA then the PEB has found you unfit for either one or all of your referred conditions. Hopefully your VA process goes quicker than mine. I am at day 103 waiting on the VA to get my stuff back to the PEB so it is a process.

Either or. You can take all 90 days to outprocess and transition if you want to, or you can go and just simply get out once you have finished outprocessing. Its all up to you.

    Fort Eustis Timeline

Transitions/separations will take care of all of that though because they will be the ones who give you your last out date.

That is correct. If you don't have any leave to take, your last day in the military will be the last day, versus taking x amount of leave and then being done.

Once your ratings come back you have two options: Option 1: Agree with the findings. Option 2: Appeal and go to a formal PEB. If you have over 30% agree with the findings and become medically retired. For me, I'm right on the cusp of whether or not I will get 30%. If I don't I will appeal...
