Here is what you can do, I work in an MTF and manage referrals. Go to the patient advocate, tell them you are requesting a second opinion and are wishing to be seen off base GI. Squeaky wheel gets greased. Also, a referral can come from your PCM for GI.

Probably because there is the specialist on base. Tricare shouldn’t have to pay for a referral in the network if the services are on base.

I was rated DoD TDRL 70% I was rate 90% VA On reassessment in 18 months for TDRL condition, if my rating is dropped, so is my compensation and possible Tricare, so what is left, my VA moneys? Currently 90% gets me $2486 a month for VA disability, so if I am dropped below 30% DoD can I count on...
