There is the attorney I worked with in the ides office. Are talking about that person or actually going to the local legal support office and speaking with a JAG? They only give advice they don’t actually work on your behalf it’s rediculous

thank you!! Yes it’s been crazy! Last time my request for a FOrmal peb was declined. If I am found fit again despite all these recommendations by docs and command is there another route? Can an attorney do anything?

Thank you so much for your post. I am also in a restricted line community and am now in my third peb. First one was fit, second fit non deployable, and Hopefully they agree with my docs and find unfit this go round.

Update today I spoke with the peb office and my package is with QA at the PEB. Does anyone know if this happens for both fit and unfit packages or just unfit? They told me I would hear from my PEBLO after it leaves QA

I want to be found unfit at this point. It’s been a long downhill journey over the last 11 years.
