    I've never heard of requesting what day you want out without doing a 4187 with a specific reason on why which goes to personnel division. The date on your orders is the day you're out.

    Am I missing something here? I keep hearing folks on here talking about this checklist/counseling in order to get your orders. I've never heard a mention about this except on here.

    Just so I understand, the 199 goes back to the PEB after signature then to transitions? Not directly to transitions? I ask because Transitions doesn't have anything on me still.

    I signed my 199 today and the PEBLO got 13 packets all at one time (yesterday) so the backlog is definitely coming through to certain areas. That is up here at Fort Drum.
