I don't know how that would work then for your soldier. Why are they saying he is not ready now if they say he will be in February? that does not make sense to me but hopefully he finds something out.

What need to happen is the Battalion Commander does up and memorandum for record stating the service member is in the MEB process and sends it up to HRC then they will send one back stating that it will be place on hold depending on the outcome of the MEB.
