I would say maybe a week or two tops you’ll be contacted by a paralegal then assigned lawyer and peblo after your msc will call after you elect ides and inquire about what claims you want to make I would say this whole getting assigned and calls will be no more than a month total

Called my Peblo too after my case was accepted by peb cause I didn’t know what It meant he just said “you’ll hear something in 45 days” (about 45 days ago) and just hung up lol msc has tried helping by emailing him and haven’t heard anything

Man some people get lucky and get their ratings back faster than others been in decision phase since at least aug 30 (west coast)I know someone that got everything back before 30 days and Pueblo hasn’t called or emailed me about status or anything
