Just called again was told assigned rater 21st of oct even though i wasn't given a date i was told it was already with a rater but thankfully now i know for sure .it seems most is within two weeks for now!!

It you have a rater your about to get proposed ratings within 3-4 weeks at the latest (roughly the current estimate) but ive been accepted by peb since 8/28 ,peb is slacking on timelines a bit rn va a little more so due to new pact act there is a backlog

My c& exams took awhile to get back to me maybe he's being honest maybe he's not . There's no real reason to lie to you just call your msc or just your examiner they should have a help line mine did (optumserve)

I was told the same thing it turned out that the examiner did that afterwards, i was told during exam that my tbi wasn't on record i called my msc and he told me he saw the same one already in genesis and had sent everything after c&p . I would suggest do what i did call your msc after that tell...

If i get the minimum even though my condition is bad which is 10% I'm assuming it'll be 20%unless the dod adds bilateral factor as well even then if i miraculously get 100% va i won't even care about my dod%

Yeah same i was under the impression that the va won't even give a rating unless determined unfit (which my Peblo hasn't told me yet )but I'm assuming since the va claim is getting rated that I've been found unfit

Called va again today (yeah i know i couldn't help it lol) the woman was way more helpful she did say that my claim was awaiting a rating but she couldn't tell me when it was given to a rating team so I'm kinda just hoping its not a little more than a week ago

Yes but you typically won't speak with the attorney until after you have the claims you want to make with your msc (only your paralegal for now) which even then it's odd that your attorney hasn't communicated with you try contacting your case manager mine helped the most when i had this issue
