Seemingly Long Wait for VA Ratings

Good lord, you’re gonna set a new record for time spent at the IPEB. Hopefully you get your result soon.

Seemingly Long Wait for VA Ratings

Did you end up getting your results? Just wondering how much longer I might be waiting my 30 day mark is coming soon....

AD AF-Dropping a Stack of Issues On PCM w/MEB on Horizon.

I did this exact thing when I knew my career was most likely over due to my MEB. I booked back to back appointments with my PCM to address other issues built up and ignored over the past 14 years and he didn’t have any issue with it but he was also a pretty chill guy to begin with. Getting it...

    C and P examinations

My general exam DBQ’s took 40 days to upload for 16 claims while mental health and audio were uploaded in 2 days so it can vary quite a bit.

    GAD/Panic Attacks/Chronic Insomnia…PLEASE HELP

Not sure what “sensitive” means but you’ll have to ask mental health for your record if you want it. There’s a reason they don’t let you voluntarily see it though as it could be destabilizing or mess with the patient-provider relationship and stuff like that.

    Bipolar II Pilot IDES Timeline

I don't think it matters too much, very similar benefits, just more requirements for VR&E in terms of justifying how your path/degree will directly lead to future employment. I already transferred my GI bill to my spouse and kids so pretty easy decision for me.

    Active Duty AF IDES Timeline

Sure, it's actually mandatory that a veteran's rehabilitation coordinator contact you, not sure why they didn't. I just told her I wasn't interested yet since I'm 1500 miles where I intend to live and don't plan to work right away, but might use it later on to get a job or have issues...

    Bipolar II Pilot IDES Timeline

Wow, that's great you got PDRL right off the bat, big win for sure. If I were you I'd start a migraine log if you haven't already and submit a supplemental to hopefully get that up to at least 30% once out. Get the scar up to 10% and maybe try to get GERD up to 30% and you should be there. That...

    GAD/Panic Attacks/Chronic Insomnia…PLEASE HELP

Holy crap OP, sorry for what you've had to go through over the past 3 years and it seems like a lot of it was out of your control. However, you recently being placed in wounded warrior and being referred to the AMRO board along with your lengthy medical history makes me think things are starting...

Package Stuck with PEBLO - My Timeline

If it takes too much longer or you keep getting blown off just get your shirt, SEL, or CC involved. Your timeline is actually moving quite fast, but in my case it took about 21 days to get my 618 back (for reference). If all the proper DOD, VA and Air Force guidance and timelines were followed I...

    Bipolar II Pilot IDES Timeline

Damn, that’s ridiculous. I was already irate I had to wait 2 months and drive 300 miles for an eye exam, I’d be so pissed if that happened to me. So ready for all of this to be over.

    Bipolar II Pilot IDES Timeline

Gotcha, I must’ve misread your earlier post. I thought you were saying your ratings came back. You probably just signed your AF 618 so your stuff should be going to the IPEB now so another 20-30 days. Thought your stuff would be further along by now based on your timeline.

    Air Force Timeline

If you search other timelines on this forum "Hassan Lee" was the last one to get results. They received AFPC email confirming receipt on 14 Jan and got results 8 Feb so 26 days. Can't imagine it's gotten too much more backlogged since then.

    Air Force Timeline

Mine was submitted 9 Feb and was also told they were behind, but to expect 3-4 weeks. Not really sure who/what to believe but I’m hoping you get your results soon. Seems to me the average on this site has been around 20 days.

When will the General medical post to Tricare documents

This was in the U.S., not sure on your second question but it appeared we (me/MSC/PEBLO) got them all at the same time. When they finally showed on Tricare Online the MD that did my exam literally signed them all that day.

When will the General medical post to Tricare documents

I literally just went through this. Had my general exam December 6th, 2021 and the MD that did it didn’t sign off the DBQ’s until January 19th, 2022. Only half of them ended up on Tricare Online and I actually had to contact my MSC to get them all and forward them to my PEBLO myself since she...

SSDI Application Supporting Documents during MEB

Trouble getting in touch with an actual human…”informally” denying me when turning in a document 1 day late when it was postmarked before the deadline…sending all correspondence by mail which is why I sent the document in late, I was literally 250 miles from my house/mailbox in the hospital for...

SSDI Application Supporting Documents during MEB

Just a letter from my boss (commander) and all the medical records/MEB documents I had. Dealing with SSA has been an absolute pain in the ass from the beginning which is why I just went to a lawyer.

SSDI Application Supporting Documents during MEB

I’m still active duty, should be out in about 2 months though. That’s actually a good question, I mentioned I was active duty all over my claim but never received anything that flagged me as “wounded warrior”, I’m actually gonna check on that tomorrow.
